512-core dual-chiplet architecture with 4.2 million neurons. FPGA validated on AWS F2 at 62.5 MHz. N4-Edge: 2.6% LUT on Kria K26 at 0.378 W, 15,668 timesteps per second. ASIC projection: 100-300 mW at 28 nm.
N3 Processor — FPGA Validated
128 cores across 16 tiles with asynchronous hybrid NoC and hardware ECC. FPGA validated on AWS F2 at 83.3 MHz, 262,317 LUTs, 1.923 W.
