Catalyst named a Converge Net Zero finalist

Catalyst Neuromorphic has been named a finalist in the Net Zero category of the 2026 Converge Challenge, having joined the cohort in May and spent the summer working through the programme’s training and pitching alongside the other companies in it.

The Net Zero final takes place in Edinburgh on 21 September, where each finalist presents to the judging panel, and the results are announced at the Converge Awards in Glasgow on 1 October.

We entered the Net Zero category because our processors let a sensor do its thinking on the device itself, this means that less energy goes into sending data away to be processed, and a sensor on a small battery can keep working for longer between charges.
